Electronic Communications Consent

By creating an account or otherwise transacting with Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP (the "Fund"), the General Partner, the Investment Manager, or their service providers, you consent to receive communications in electronic form. Electronic communications may include, without limitation, subscription documents, capital account statements, tax forms (including Schedule K-1), capital call and distribution notices, investor letters, audited and unaudited financial statements, privacy notices, amendments to the Limited Partnership Agreement, and any other notices required or permitted to be delivered under applicable law or the governing Fund documents.

Electronic delivery may occur through the secure Investor Portal, by email to the address of record, or through other electronic means designated by the General Partner. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and for the hardware, software, and internet access necessary to receive and retain these communications.

Investors may request paper copies of any electronically delivered document at no charge by contacting Help@Beaconfund.us. Consent to electronic delivery may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to the same address; withdrawal is prospective only and does not invalidate documents previously delivered electronically.

Electronic communications are deemed received when sent, whether or not actually retrieved. Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP, Portal Capital Management Trust, and the Investment Manager are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, network outages, or other conditions outside their reasonable control.

Legal Disclosure

Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP is a private investment fund offered pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Interests are offered only to verified Accredited Investors.
