Effective date: January 1, 2026. Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP and Portal Capital Management Trust are committed to providing a website and Investor and Advisor Portals that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including investors and prospective investors with disabilities.

Standard. We aim to conform this website substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures we take. We include the following in the ongoing development of this site: semantic HTML and landmark regions; keyboard-operable navigation and a skip-to-main-content link; visible focus indicators; sufficient color contrast against the dark navy interface; alternative text for meaningful images; descriptive link and button text; form labels associated with their controls; and support for common assistive technologies including recent versions of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.

Known limitations. Some legacy documents delivered through the Investor Portal (for example, historical PDFs, scanned tax forms, and third-party fund manager reports) may not be fully accessible. Investors who need an alternative format of any document should contact us using the details below and we will provide an accessible alternative at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party content. Portions of this site may include content or functionality provided by third parties (for example, embedded documents, video, or authentication providers). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content but will work with providers where feasible to identify remediation paths.

Enforcement. This statement is provided for transparency and does not create any contractual right, waiver, or admission. Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Limited Partnership Agreement, and the Private Placement Memorandum continue to govern use of the site and any investment in the Fund.
