Form CRS

Form CRS — Client Relationship Summary

Form CRS is a client relationship summary that a registered investment adviser files with the SEC to describe its relationship with retail advisory clients, applicable fees and costs, conflicts of interest, and the standard of conduct.

The specific Form CRS applicable to the Investment Manager of Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP is being reconciled and is not being disclosed on this website at this time. Any Form CRS describes a separate advisory relationship with an adviser's own retail clients; it does not describe an investment in Beacon Acquisition and Capital Fund LP, and subscribing to the Fund does not by itself establish an advisory relationship with any adviser.

Prospective and current investors who wish to receive the applicable Form CRS may request it from Help@Beaconfund.us. Filings, when applicable, are also publicly available from the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
