    Oaktree Pride supports our LGBTQIA+ employees, as well as family and friends of the community. Its mission is to create an inclusive environment that fosters equity and encourages employees to bring “their whole selves to work.”

    Oaktree Women Circles (OWC) is a forum for women to support other women at, facilitating networking, learning and development. OWC brings together groups of women to discuss topics that are meaningful to their personal development. Circles are interactive, enabling participants to share common perspectives and challenges in an intimate, confidential setting.

    The mission of Aiding Caregivers & Parents at through Resources and Networks (ACORN) is to foster communication among parents and caregivers and empower each other through education and support.

    Oaktree Abilities strives to remove physical, attitudinal, social and systemic barriers related to disabilities. The group seeks to support ’s employees and families, as well as the broader community, and create an accessible environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

    Oaktree’s Mentorship Program is sponsored by our Women’s Leadership Council and United Groups Connect. It was created to form, cultivate and maintain mutually-beneficial developmental relationships between mentors and mentees at. The program supports talent development, enhances connectivity across the firm and increases knowledge sharing. Many volunteers also mentor students and young professionals through our various external partnerships such as AltFinance, Girls Who Invest, SEO and GROW Mentoring.

    TreeTalk is ’s Los Angeles-based “Toastmasters Club” where employees practice public speaking and leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.

    Focused on our colleagues with 10 years or less of work experience, Early Careers Network (ECN) is focused on building community in regional offices with shared activities of interest including cooking groups, hiking and walking tours, book clubs and sports teams.

    The Sustainability Network aims to spread sustainability awareness among ’s employees, increase employee engagement on sustainability topics and initiatives both at the office and in our personal lives and communities, and improve ’s operational practices across all aspects of the business.

    Sponsored by United Groups Connect (UGC), UGC Heritage Celebrations are organized by volunteer teams that host multi-cultural programming in celebration of national heritage months. UGC is devoted to amplifying diverse voices to increase awareness of social justice, racial equality and cultural identity at .

Oaktree Future Leaders Program - 2023

Oaktree's Future Leaders Program

Oaktree's Future Leaders Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds to gain exposure to credit investing. Approximately 150 students will be selected through an application process to participate in a two-day intensive credit investing training session in April 2023 taught by senior professionals.
