Mr. Loomis began his career as a graphic assistant at Palisades Previews in Los Angeles, where he learned to do spot illustration, spec type and prepare art boards to be shot for film. He moved into the sales department at age 17 for Previews magazine in the Malibu area. Mr. Loomis graduated from the University of the Pacific with a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on marketing and graphic design. While at the university, he started his first publication, Silhouette magazine, and began an early career that included working on titles such as Ranch & Coast magazine, LA West magazine, The Beach & Bay Press and The Beacon. Other titles started by Mr. Loomis include Jump magazine, The Dallas Business Review, The Houston Business Review, Energy Houston, Energy Oklahoma, Energy Australia and Energy Calgary.

Other affiliations include the honorary committee for the Offshore Energy Center and the advisory committee of Bauer College's Global Energy Management Institute at the University of Houston.

Mr.Shaik, as a fund manager and a licensed Fiduciary since 2004, in operating the Beacon Fund L.P. with strict adherence to its core investment philosophy and the highest compliance standards; communicating closely with investors concerning transactions and unique strategies; contributing his over 30 years of experience to big-picture decisions relating to investments and corporate direction are his primary responsibilities.  From 1995 until present, Mr. Shaik has also offered private wealth management services while incorporating advanced tax planning services to HNW and UHNW business owners and family offices.

Capitalizing on the GFC of 2008, he created a unique “friendly debt buyer” fund called the Forebridge Capital L.P. that operated as a joint venture between him and the investors to assist creditors and debtors alike exit distressed debt. The debtors were able to retain their assets without resorting to bankruptcy and recover with the economy. He is also the Chief Investment Officer for this Beacon Fund L.P. and a senior member of the advanced tax planning team at Sabur Private Wealth Management an independent RIA firm. 

Mr. Shaik did his undergrad studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey, while working full time in the financial services industry. He holds nine insurance licenses, three investment licenses and several designations and certifications related to investment banking, real estate, title, taxation, financial planning, trust planning etc. With vast amount of knowledge comes a clear understanding to effectively serve the needs of his HNW and uHNW entrepreneurs to offer advanced private wealth enhancement services to US Persons worldwide.
